The Employment and Training Team at Optimism Supported Housing provides dedicated guidance, assistance and practical assistance for all Optimism Supported Housing residents seeking training or employment. We provide a personalised service to each resident we work with, so whether you’re looking for your first job, want to obtain a certification, or are thinking about the future, we’re here to assist! You will receive support from dedicated employment and training officer who will assist you in developing a plan that is suited for you if you contact the employment and training team.

London Learning Consortium
London Learning Consortium (LLC) is a government-funded and Ofsted rated ‘Good’ training provider with a high learner and employer satisfaction and achievement rates, operating successfully since 2005. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise that operates to support the community to access education and training opportunities to help them progress into positive opportunities to improve their lives. We deliver around 8000 courses each year for learners, who often have greater barriers to accessing education, to improve their skills and move into employment or progress in their career.

LLC operates at the centre of some of the most socially disadvantaged areas of the region focusing on delivering impact and opportunity to residents and local employers across London and the South East. LLC offers a wide range of courses that are designed to provide learners with the knowledge and skills that are needed to re-engage with education and get back into the job market. LLC courses are designed to provide flexible, high-quality learning opportunities which fit around any family/personal circumstances.
